oh yeah..

wow.. today is the heavy workout..
finally i can have time to do so.. 2 hours workout..
tomorrow my chests and waist are gonna hurt.. =(
guess what.. dumbell up down press 50.. left right 50..
sit up 100.. push up 100.. legs up 40.. treadmill 15 minutes..
dumbell up down for arms 25.. punching each hand 50.. kicking each leg 20..
awww.. all these use up 2 hours.. its tiring really@@..
one thing that i would like to try is pull up =( but i guess i dun have enough arm strength yet..
gonna train more huh.. and lose some more weight..
well feel quite good after work out..
but i guess i hurt my chest..
i feel alittle chest pain.. around my heart.. i hope nothings bad.. =(
wait few days and see..
gonna sleep early today and get everythings done tomorrow.. =)

its spring break.. finally have a break..
the life is suffocating really..=(
today.. working in flea market..
met a gal that i knew it in jan last year..
she doesnt change a lot.. but 1st word she saw me and said is..
u look so different.. slim down a lot .. @@
wah.. ya gua.. maybe a lot difference from last year ba.. lol..
anyway.. gonna take a good rest during this break..

now a bit worry..
all the boys in my house now are not single and unavailable anymore except me..
omg.. zzzz..
well.. im not so desperated anyway.. im desperate for the money =D
hahaha.. its all fate.. how to be demanding for that?

btw.. i kinda like my short hair.. =( but i miss my long hair more..
even though most of them don like it =(
